An avid food lover, Lucinda not only loves food but she’s a lifelong searcher of nutritious and delicious foods. Her cookbook Too Luscious For Leftovers, published in 2002, is a collection of her favorite recipes, some healthy, some family favorites but all tasty.
Lucinda also loves to be active. Her active lifestyle includes water sports, running and hiking. Its her goal to finish 50 half marathons in the 50 United States. She has run 15 half marathons in four states, has gone through dozens of pairs of great running shoes and she is still running!
